Refund policy
At La Maison Kayan, we take the utmost care in crafting and packaging our fragrance creations. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, our refund policy is strictly limited.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refund or exchange requests are only considered in the event of a dispute occurring during transit (e.g., broken bottle, significant leakage, or severely damaged packaging upon delivery).
Claim Procedure:
You have 48 hours following the receipt of your order to report any damage. Please contact us at contact@maison-kayan.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the external packaging and the damaged product.
Evaluation:
Once the evidence is received, we will conduct a review. If the claim is validated, we will offer either a replacement sent at our expense or a full refund to your original payment method.
Change of Mind:
We do not accept any returns or refunds for a change of mind once the order has been dispatched.
